2 - Wind Guard: Create oscillating winds around an ally, knocking aside missiles that come their way. L def (ranged) ally TAoE, quick. Doesn't stack.
3 - Damper: Blast a group of foes with suppressive winds, keeping them back and halting their movements. T blunt DoT + L+ slow + L defense debuff Cone, moderate.
4 - Balewind: Curse a target with wildly spinning winds, knocking aside and disorienting its allies. M KB + L acc debuff AAoE, toggle.
5 - Swiftwind: Imbue an ally with the swiftness of wind, using air to speed them along. L speed + M recharge ally, slow.
