2 - Icicle: Concentrate and fire a sharp ice spike through one target. M edged/cold, quick.
3 - Shard Storm: Fire a continuous stream of icicles at a target. 8 T edged/cold, moderate.
4 - Ice Javelin: Create a long, sharp icicle and heave it like a spear into a target. H edged/cold, slow. Long Range.
5 - Shard Spike: Ice spikes erupt from the ground around the target, impaling all foes. M edge/cold + L KU TAoE, moderate.
6 - Freezing Beam: Fire a concentrated beam of cold, stopping your target in its tracks. H cold + M hold, moderate.
7 - Icefall: Create a massive slab of ice in the air over a field of enemies and let it drop. H cold/blunt + M KD GAoE, slow.
8 - Absolute Zero: A burst of cold explodes out, flash freezing the entire area. A frigid dome spreads out from the hero and tiny ice particles crumble out of the air inside as everything freezes. S cold +S slow Wide PBAoE, Long.
